Senior Design Engineer-Power Electronics

Job Description

The incumbent requires a strong knowledge of digital systems and embedded software for use in Power Electronics Applications.
He/she should posses working knowledge of Power Electronics technologies including switchmode AC/DC rectifiers, DC-DC converters and Telecom Power Systems.
Knowledge should be a combination of theoretical and practical aspects, including cost-effective circuit design, layout and physical prototyping, simulation, debugging and system level integration and testing.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements such as safety and EMI/EMC required for product design.
Training and experience with structured design processes including six-sigma methodologies will be a added advantage
